Should some one kill themselves if they are told they should?

You do not deserve this. If she would say that to you than she is not a very good friend. Hold your head high and be strong. If you were to kill yourself, you would not be making anyone's life better. Think of your parents, your friends, your family, etc. If you were to kill yourself, your friend would be in absolute Hell. She would feel guilty and extremely upset. You wouldn't be making her life better, you be bearing her with your death. PLLLEAASEEE DO NOT kill yourself. It's not worth it, I promise, I would know.
