Do I have a hemorrhoid??

I gave birth by c section 9 days ago, so of course the first few days trying to have a bowel movement were brutal.. I experienced typical hem pain and some bleeding when having a BM but tht has since subsided... NOW I am hvaing random burning pains in rectum that radiate up to my stomach area .. it happens when I'm laying down, walking, standing, you name it... I dont want to run to doctor if I dont need to. Anyone experience / know of this and a solution? Thanks!
