Do you think he's interested?

I met this guy at a frat party and he's a rushie. He would always look at me and finally he asked me to dance but i rejected him and eventually i did dance with him.at the party, he would ask me if im okay and he even ask me if i wanted his sweater because i was cold. i then added him on fb, and i poked him and i messaged him. we talked for a week and then i asked him to go run with me and he said that he's doesnt want to embr him in front of me and i said "i tikn i'll embar myself too" and he removed my poke and stop messaging me. I don't know if I'm rushing and I'm not sure what hes thinking or thinks of me now..what should i do? Now i can't talk to him because he's pledging in a frat..he's gong to be super busy...ahh i dont know what to do. did i do something wrong?
