Where can I find a nice, new, basic, OUTDATED laptop?

You aren't going to find anything NIB for less than $500. You'll probably spend about $600-$700 on another Dell (they use old parts to make brand new computers.) They suck, it'll slow down on you real bad in about a year and a half.
