How much heat does one 23 Watt Compact Fluorescent light bulb produce?

Compact Fluorescent bulbs convert about 10% of the energy they consume to light, the rest is heat. So a 23w CF bulb will produce about 21w of heat. By way of comparison, the efficiency of incandescent bulbs is about 2%.
