My grandmother ped away and I am listed on the will - my cousin lives in her house rent free?

My grandmother ped away about 3 mos ago - Me and my siblings are listed in the will as beneficiaries to her estate - my cousin lives in her house now rent free and pays nothing - do we have the right to evict him or make him start paying rent on this house since it is now part ours?? Also the ets in the house - are we not entitled to some of these as well? My aunt is the executor but she is allowing him to live in the house and pays the light bill and all for him - does she have that right or do we , as well as the other people listed on the will, also have to agree to this?
