Yung, 1st off ur son especially as a black person should never talk to police if they question him he should ask if he's under arrest, if yes ask 4 a lawyer they not supposed to question him anymore after that, if no K.I.M, for future reference. Yes u may be able 2 appeal if they had no warrant, and were not invited to the residence, but u need money 2 do so. I wish u had asked this soon as he got locked up, as prosecuters often trick ppl into bogus plea bargains if this was his 1st charge it should have been a wrist slap not a fukkking felony. If he keeps his nose clean it might get expunged either way they not gonna make it easy 4 yall california has very lax weed laws anyways so idk why he a felon, well actually I do, and ill say it he black and whoever thinks I'm playing the race card can kiss my black azz. As for police haring u call internal affairs and file a complaint. I snitch on cops all the time even if nothing is done it still goes in their jacket and if enough complain about the cop red flags will go up.
