A quick question about guardianship. 10 points?

Yes they can protest the guardianship. However, unless they have something on your mom, a reason as to why she wouldn't be a good guardian, your mother would be able to keep the guardianship. The judge will always do whats in the best interest of your grandfather. I suggest you keep a journal of the things your relatives are doing so you will have that if you do have to go back to court. Also, if problems get to bad with these relatives, you may need to get a restraining order against them. Good luck :)
