Is it possible to double major in mechanical engineering and architecture and minor in aerospace engineering?

First of all, is this possible? And how difficult would it be to handle (and how long would I be stuck in college)? The minor in aerospace goes hand-in-hand with mechanical engineering, so I don't think that would be a big deal.
