Have you started feeding your baby at 4 months?

My baby girl is four months old. I started my two boys at 4 months old when they were baby. The doctor told me go ahead and start her on cereal. If she does well then she can have stage 1 food. Right now she just getting once a day oatmeal cereal. Do that for good while then she start having vegetable.
