FINDING LLMD IN OHIO?

Does anyone know of a Lyme literate physician (preferably specialist) within couple hours of Dayton, OH? I've heard Ohio State "may" have ID doc there that treats Lyme, but you have to get referal through local ID doctor . . . and that it can be a challenge to get the local referal. My PCP refered me to the local specialist, as I've had non-epileptic seizures numerous times daily for about two months. Tested positive (ELISA/Western blot) back in '96, and again a couple of years ago. Wasn't treated for 3 years, had major migrating joints swelling, etc. only went through one 30 day round of doxy . . . Lyme specialist said he wanted to treat with IV antibiotics, but parents said it was too aggressive, decided I was treated enough. Bottom line. I just want a consult to see if my problems now are connected to Lyme. PCP says definite NO, as EEG should show seizure activity if related to Lyme, but admits that he's never treated Lyme, as we don't live in an area with much Lyme in it. Please help!!! I've already contacted Lymenet.org, ILADS, etc.
