Do I Have Appendicitis?

I am wondering if I have appendicitis because I have a pain in my lower right/slightly left abdominal area. This has been going on for approximately two days and each day it gets worse. I usually feel a short, stabbing pain in by abdominal area everytime I walk fast,run, and sneeze,cough,or burp. I was wondering if I had it because I don't want to end up with it being in a more severe form. Thanks.
